Acquisition Process

Selection of Preferred Plot

Prospective customers are invited to choose a desired plot from the available inventory.

Reservation & Document Collection

Customers selecting a plot must remit the ₹5 lahk booking amount and complete document verification within a maximum of 15 days.

Initial Payment & Agreement

After satisfactory verification, customers proceed with a 25% initial payment of the total plot value. A formal agreement is then established with SR Farms.

Development & Documentation Preparation

SR Farms begins creating an 11E sketch and prepares all necessary property papers for registration, expected to be completed within 3 weeks.

Final Payments & Registration

Customers must promptly fulfil their remaining payment obligations. After complete payment, the property undergoes swift registration in the customer's name.
This systematic process ensures a transparent and efficient journey towards owning a farm plot in SR Vaksana, encompassing careful selection, legal compliance, and timely registration.
